SHIPPING INFORMATION:
When will my order be shipped out?
We process all orders to verify availability of the products, shipping selections, and credit card information.Order placed by 3pm PST will be processed on the same business day.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please contact us for updates if the package is not shipped out within 3 business days.Please note that larger orders may take longer to process and shipped out as we inspect each order that are shipped out.

Shoes19 work with our shipping carriers to negotiate the lowest & fastest shipping prices for our customers, we never intend to make any profit from our customers on shipping costs.

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification along with a USPS tracking number via email. You may track your shipment at your convince at www.USPS.com. You may also login to your Shoes19 account if you have created one with us to find your tracking number when the order ships out. Please note that USPS may take up to 1-2 business days to update tracking information online.
Different Billing / Shipping Addresses
For Safety and Security purposes, we may require orders to be shipped to the same billing and shipping addresses only. Orders WILL NOT be processed with an Invalid Billing Address. (Please make sure the billing address matches with your credit card information)
What shipping carriers do you ship with?
We ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Do you provide printed catalogs?
Because our products generally sell very fast, we do not have a printed catalog. If you would like to keep updated with our hottest trends, sales and promotions or new arrivals, please subscribe to our email newsletters.

Certain country names may differ from what you may normally use. For example, USPS recognizes Russia rather than Russian Republic, or England rather than UK.
USPS International Mail Delivery Confirmation:
First Class Mail International: the tracking number is only used by USPS while the package passes checkpoints in United States. Once the package reaches customs, your local postal service handles the delivery, and they do not update the tracking information.
If you would like to track the package, please use Priority Mail International (excludes Flat Rate Envelopes) or Global Express Mail..
Customs
International packages may take longer than expected due to Customs Clearance.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. These fees are not collected by Shoes19.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Shoes19 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Freight forwarders/Global Shipping Program:
Shoes19 will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that Shoes19 is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

We truly understand that you may not always like the shoes you buy online, so for our customers’ convenience, Shoes19 accepts all returns within 365 Days (1 year from the day you placed the order). If a refund is not possible (expired credit card or Gift ), we can only provide a store credit or exchange.
Shoes returned in the original condition and packaging merit a full refund on your order less shipping and handling charges.
Orders with free shipping are subject to a 15% or $7 restocking fee, whichever is higher.
Refunds must meet these simple requirements:
1. Item must be in the same condition that you received it. (Tried on carpet for fit and sizing)
2. Item must be returned within 365 days of payment date.
3. Please include the completed return form.Free Exchange If the shoes do not fit, or if you are not satisfied for whatever reason, you can return it for an exchange. The new size or style is shipped out for free. The customer only has to pay for the returning postage.
